CANCELLATION POLICY

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a loss of deposit. Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no shows will result in a loss of deposit. To ensure the best experience and highest level of focus for my clients, my studio operates as a one-on-one setting only. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it is considered a no show and will result in a loss of deposit. A deposit of $50 is required upon booking all services, this will be deducted from your appointment total at check out.
